Dr. Andrew S. Norman

Dr. Andrew Norman graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1972. He then graduated from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1976. After graduation he married Darrell, his wife of 38 years and moved to Redding. They have raised 2 children, Aaron who has now joined us as an associate dentist, and Cristan who is a teacher at Old Shasta Montessori here in Redding.
He started his dental practice in 1976 and has been practicing in Redding ever since.
Dr. Norman has completed thousands of hours of post-graduate educational programs in all phases of dentistry. These have included areas such as cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, TMJ treatment, orthodontics, dentures, pediatric dentistry and general dentistry. Dr. Norman and his staff attend regular continuing education programs to stay ahead of the latest advances in dentistry.
Dr. Norman loves being in beautiful Northern California and loves to ski, hunt, fish and take his mules into the back country.
His patients’ comfort and well-being are his highest priorities.


Dr. Aaron A. Norman

Dr. Aaron Norman is thrilled to be joining the practice with his father.  Dr. A. graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and History from the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho in 1999.  After graduation he continued his work with the United States Disabled Alpine Ski Team, which began in 1998, until the Salt Lake City Paralympics in 2002.  
In 2006 he married his beautiful wife Annie, and in 2007 they moved to Mexico where he began dental school at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico.  While in Mexico they started their family, starting with their first daughter Sascha in 2009, and concluding with their fraternal twins, Nicolas and Atalie, in 2010.  
Dr. A. graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian of his class in Mexico in 2011 and was awarded the degree of Cirujano Dentista (CD {dental surgeon}).  
In 2012  he began the International Dental Program at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, California.  This 24-month program finished in 2014 with the awarding of his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.

Katie M. Wood, B.S., R.D.H.

Katie is a Redding native. She graduated from Enterprise High School then attended Shasta College where she played softball. She then went on a softball scholarship to the University of Bridgeport, Fones School of Dental Hygiene in Bridgeport, Connecticut where she graduated in 2000. She married her high school sweetheart, Aaron in 2001. She has a son Aaron and a daughter Leigha. She coaches a local T-Ball team and loves to cook. Katie has been with us for over 15 years.


Annie Norman, R.D.H.

Annie is returning to the office, after having worked in the office off and on for the last 12 years, and has filled in throughout the last 7 years when she and Dr. Aaron were home from dental school. She grew up in Redding and attended high school at Monterey Bay Academy in La Selva Beach, California. She then attended Shasta College here in Redding where she obtained her dental hygiene degree in 2005.



Lynn Painter, B.A., R.D.H.  

Lynn is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University and the University of Louisville Dental School, where she received her Dental Hygiene degree in 1994.  She has been living in Redding since 2002 with her husband and three children.  They all attended Shasta High School and two are currently now in college.   She loves the field of dental hygiene and working with the patients.  Lynn enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, hiking, and vacationing with her family.
