Receptionist | Front Office Coordinator
Lisa has been with us since November 2024. She loves being a part of a team that genuinely cares about their patients. She always strives to be friendly and personable with them whenever she helps them at the front desk. Lisa’s family is everything to her. She has a wonderful husband, two amazing children and two grandkids who light up her life. Her hobbies include camping, reading and crafting.
Crystal
Registered Hygienist
Crystal graduated in 2023 from the Shasta College dental hygiene program before joining Norman Family Dental Group in September 2023. She loves the supportive, caring, and kind coworkers and boss. She provides excellent patient care while building relationships with her patients. She always strives to communicate effectively and engage in team work. Crystal has been married for 10 years and has an adult daughter in her twenties and two sons. Crystal loves playing sports with her kiddos, reading and camping.
Erica
Registered Dental Hygienist
Erica received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, where she received an award for patient management. She has over 30 years of dental experience and still loves coming to work. She became a part of our team in 2022, and loves how we have a great dynamic where taking care of patients is an honor. Erica has a heart and passion to help people. If you are anxious or nervous about visiting the dentist, she is here for you and will do her absolute best to help you however she can.
Erica’s husband is a retired fire captain. They have lived in Cottonwood for 20 years where they raised three sons and one daughter. Whenever she is not cleaning teeth, she is coordinating weddings, volunteering at her church and enjoying her four grandbabies.
Jenny
RDA, Insurance Coordinator
Jenny loves that our team is like a family and that our office is such an easy-going environment. Jenny helps keep our practice clean and sterile so that our patients are safe and well cared for. She helps set up the treatment rooms and trays and keep our office stocked with all the materials we need so that our hygienists and assistants can keep things flowing in a timely manner. She is also our newest assistant and is in the process of obtaining her registered dental assisting liscence.
Jenny is a mom to a two year old girl named Ellie. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Linda
RDA, Front Office
Linda joined our team in May 2017 after finishing school, and has had the opportunity to continue to learn and grow with the office. She enjoys that our office is very family oriented – we truly love and care for each other and she could not have chosen a better group of people to work alongside! Linda assists our dentist chairside during a variety of treatment procedures so that we can provide efficient and high-quality care.
Outside of the office Linda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the movies and attending paint night events.
